Page 1 of 3 If you like 3D and love playing computer games, you fulfil two out of the three criteria needed to buy iZ3D’s 22-inch 3D monitor. OK, so the third reason is that there’s just under $1K (£500) burning a hole in your Gap cargo pants. But for that price you get to seriously game. In 3D!
Passive polarized glasses can be used with the 22-inch monitor to display what the company describes as “impressive into-screen and out-of-screen 3D images”. While the term “passive polarized glasses” might bring up memories of paper glasses with green and red plastic lenses, as you can see from the image on the next page, the modern take on 3D glasses is much more stylish. And iZ3D promises that long-time viewing using its products won’t cause fatigue or eyestrain. “iZ3D developed this unique technology to create an adjustable 3D environment without causing eyestrain, spatial disorientation or headaches,” a company press release revealed today, even to onlookers wearing normal glasses. “In 3D mode, viewers can see clear, bright and sharp 3D images and videos wearing passive, lightweight glasses.”
