Fancy a bigger Full HD TV? Evesham could have the answer, after the company expanded its Alqemi VX range to take the screens up to 37 and 42 inches. The company is even throwing in an upscaling DVD player for Xmas shoppers.

According to Evesham, its “stunning” new additions are True HD LCD TVs that “offer an eye popping full 1080p High Definition viewing experience”.

The company said the HD LCD TVs reproduce HD1080p exactly as it should be, rather than digitally reducing images to fit lower-resolution panels.

Quality picture is complemented by “tremendous sound”, as the TVs offer Nicam 3D panoramic stereo sound.
The tellies also feature both a standard analogue tuner and a built-in digital tuner to receive Freeview, DVB-T radio and red-button interactive services.

And a Picture in Picture (PiP) function lets you can carry on watching your favourite soap while still keeping an eye on the latest sports action.
The goggle boxes have two digital HDMI connections, as well as two scart connections for older hardware.

The 37-inch high def TV sells for £649, while the 42-inch version is £799.
