The range starts with the 17-inch VA1716w coming out this month for £136, and stretches to the 22-inch VA2226w (with analogue and digital DVI-D HDCP inputs) for a price to be announced in December. “This line-up of fully-featured, excellent price/performance models for mixed data, graphics and video content, addresses the budget-conscious entry market,” said a ViewSonic statement flashed up over nine screens. “The new LCD monitors range from 17-inches to 22-inches and include models with both widescreen (16:10) and conventional (5:4) aspect ratios enabling various viewing needs to be precisely serviced.”
ViewSonic said all the models offer a high Dynamic Contrast Ratio, adjusting black levels based on screen content and allowing for darker blacks and a higher contrast. |
