The latest Eee PC device is being launched at an event alongside Sprint and Intel. The reports suggest that the box will support the heavily Intel-supported Wimax wireless broadband technology.
A page on the Asus website
reads: "Join ASUS, Intel and Sprint to learn about the state of WiMAX
technology, preview next-generation mobile solutions (including the
next generation Eee PC) and immerse yourself in tomorrow's wireless
protocol".
