Microsoft has spruced up its 80GB Zunes in time for Valentine’s Day, adding personal engraved messages and 20 new designs that can be laser-engraved on the back of the red media players. Apple’s not going to take that lying down, and has added a blush of pink to its 8GB iPod nano range.
Apple said the new colour was added to meet customer demand. “The much-requested pink iPod nano is available immediately in an 8GB model for £129,” a loved-up Apple statement said. The iPod nano features a two-inch display and up to 24 hours audio playback or five hours video playback. “Customers are going to love the gorgeous new pink iPod nano,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of worldwide marketing. “The pink iPod nano is perfect for people who want a great new colour this spring, or who are searching for a special Valentine’s Day gift.” |
