Don’t you just hate it when you can no longer receive text or MMS messages on your mobile because your inbox is full? Well O2 has launched a free service called Bluebook, which stores messages sent and received automatically meaning every precious memory is saved. That sounds more than handy to us.

Existing 02 customers can simply register on the company’s website, enter a few details then you’re ready to text away, knowing that every text or MMS sent or received will be saved onto Bluebook even when you delete them from your moby.

Its perfect for those who have ever regretted deleting that treasured text from a loved one, or that hilarious MMS picture message of a mad mate.

And as if that’s not embarrassing enough for said mates, users will be able to view and share photos with other Bluebook users via the accompanying service – Blueblog.

Blueblog lets users create their own photo-blogs using pictures from their mobile phone, allowing anyone to show off to friends where they’ve been and what they’re up to.

Should you allow it, guests can also comment on your photos or albums too. You can even manage messages on the move with O2 active.

If you’re ever unfortunate enough to lose your phone or have it stolen, then you can also sync Bluebook with you phone to backup your contact list and address book.

At the moment the service is compatible with only half of O2 handsets, a list of which can be found on the site itself.
