We believe it is better to raise consumer expectations and performance standards than to pander to a ‘lowest cost rules’ mentality. The Onkyo TX-SR576 and TX-SR506 7.1-channel home cinema receivers include: * 7 x 130W power output * Three 1080P-capable HDMI v.1.2a inputs/one output (TX-SR576) * Three 1080P-capable HDMI pass-through inputs/one output (TX-SR506) * Onboard decoding for Dolby Digital Plus/DTS ES (TX-SR576) * Decoding for Dolby Digital EX, Dolby ProLogic IIx, DTS-ES, DTS 96/24, and DTS Neo:6 * Music Optimiser for MP3/AAC tracks * Audyssey Dynamic EQ loudness correction * Powered Zone 2 * iPod compatible (via optional Onkyo DS-A1x/DS-A2x docks/chargers) * RIHD (Remote Interactive over HDMI) control system (TX-SR576) Again, both models are available in May 2008, in either black or silver finishes.
