Page 1 of 2 It’s the film we’re most excited about seeing this summer. After The Dark Knight. But forget the passive experience of goggling your eyes at a screen, now you can actually play with the little robot lighting up Pixar’s latest adventure!
Apparently, it’s the first time Disney Consumer Products UK has done the robot and it couldn’t have chosen a better muse. The toys are inspired by WALL-E, the lovable robot and star of the film, who discovers a new purpose in life when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. Get your hands on one of these little babies and you can take control. Make WALL-E follow your instructions with the U-Command WALL-E, a remote control robot that can be programmed with thousands of different movement combinations. That includes 360-degree turns and even figures of eight, with the poseable figure also featuring light-up eyes, real moving treads and speech functionality. Meanwhile, the iDance WALL-E dances in a funky, bio-robotic style to any music source! Complete with an audio in-jack working with any MP3 player to play tunes through his chest speaker, he also features light-up eyes and sound activation functionality. (Continued on next page)
