Sony reckons it tellies are so good they are a work of art. OK, perhaps not quite, but it reckons that the pictures on these are good enough to display real works of art on.

At the Scream art gallery in London's Mayfair, (it's owned by Rolling Stone and artist Ronnie Wood) Sony wheeled out some of its Bravia TV from the E4000 range to show just how good the picture actually was.

For us geeks, the tellies are of the 1080p full whack hi-def variety. For you art ponces, the works of art were from the likes of Ronnie Wood, Matthew J Dean, Japp de Vries, Paul Karslake and Soozy Lipsey.

Also, the company behind the PS3 is also producing a limited series of 500 2GB USB flash sticks designed by Bruce French and featuring art from ‘Scream in High Definition' exhibition, (presumably to display on your less-than decent television at home.

"The limited edition USB Key is a fantastic way for us to demonstrate the technical capabilities and innovative functionality of the new E-Series range, as well as offering our customers a unique opportunity to acquire original artwork from a collection of the UK's most contemporary artists," said Darren Ambridge, Sony United Kingdom.

More pictures form the exhibition on the next page....
