Satnav can take you places. Check out the TomTom ONE Europe, for example. Pick up a special promotional version and you’ll find yourself with a voucher for a free trip with Eurotunnel.
Customers nabbing the bright green-and-orange promotional packs marked ONE Travel can get the voucher worth £79, with the one day or overnight trip valid until March 2009. If you fancy treating your loved ones to a trip across the channel, packs will be available in UK stores from 4 August 2008. They have an RRP of £169.99 and are available from leading high street and online stores. “The TomTom ONE Europe is packed with Points of Interest to explore during your trip to the continent, such as museums, theme parks, shopping centres and hotels,” an official statement said. “The seamless maps of Western Europe will guide you throughout your journey, and then back home again.” TomTom said the ONE has been completely redesigned from scratch for “maximum portability and flexibility”. The ultra-compact design, 3.5 inch touchscreen LCD and built-in folding EasyPort mount made it “small and light enough to fit into a shirt pocket or bag when not in use, yet inputting a destination, and viewing the maps, is always clear and easy”. The device comes complete with maps of 22 Western European countries, including the UK and Ireland. |
