We’re amazed it’s taken this long, but Mr Lucas has finally realised that the Wii’s controllers can be turned into makeshift lightsabers with little effort, and so after a couple of years of thinly-veiled knock-off tat we get the genuine tat.

Manufactured by Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, under their Power A brand, the lightsabers come in either Anakin (blue) or Yoda (green) styles.
There’s also an official Star Wars Clone Trooper Blaster, which fits both the Wiimote and nunchuk, and comes with stickers for whatever reason.

Information’s thin on the ground, so we’re not sure if the autumn date is worldwide or North America only, but it should be easy enough to import them. If you don’t have enough superfluous plastic add-ons for your Wii already, that is...
