  1. These rules include any instructions set out in the terms of the competition. By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and to be bound by them.
  2. Competitions are open to persons aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Absolute Gadget or any other person who is directly connected with this competition or their immediate family.
  3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  4. Proof of sending email is not proof of our receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
  5. All entries must be either emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  with the name of the competition clearly stated.
  6. The closing date is as specified in the competition.
  7. Any entry which is late, incomplete, illegible or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid on the sole discretion of the Absolute Gadget.
  8. The winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries and will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date.
  9. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request, but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
  10. Absolute Gadget accepts no responsibility for the acts or defaults of [the sponsor].
  11. All entrants names, postal and email addresses may be passed onto third parties. If you prefer to opt-out of this, please specify this on your entry.
