halo3_legendary.jpgIf you are looking to get your mitts on Xbox 360 game Halo 3 Legendary Edition, well bad news it's sold out!

Microsoft confirmed to media outlets that all the UK allocation of the game has been reserved by customers.

This version includes the game, a couple of bonus DVDs (natch!) with documentaries and remastered theatrical scenes from previous versions of the game as well as a collection fo Halo 3 storyboard art and and special Spartan helmet (no doubt for going down the pub in).

The game gets its release on 25 September in the US and Canada-land, England-land gets it a day later. The game is hotly-tipped to be the fastest selling video game of all time.

The release of the game should perk up sales of the Xbox 360 console, following reports of its manufacturing problems.

As reported by Absolute Gadget, Master Chief has become the first video game character to immortalised as a waxwork in Madame Tussaurds and just last month the game went gold and was released to manufacturing. Get ready for a bit of Master Chiefing!!!
