The price of a PS3, Xbox 360 and even the Wii has to drop if it is to appeal to the mass market, according to an industry expert.

Assassin's Creed, which has stealthily crept up to the top of the games chart, is to get an update to fix problems with the game freezing on the PS3, according to a post on the Ubisoft's online forum.
