It would
seem the gadget-enthusiast of the future will look much like the borg.
As we've reported on Absolute Gadget, knee-braces have been developed
that will charge up you iPod as you pop to the shops, now "smart
clothes" aim to do pretty much the same thing by harnessing the
power generated by movements of the body.

The journalist's life can be pretty ironic. Here we are writing at all
hours of the day mainly because we can't get any sleep. Maybe we should
check into the Travelodge as it's launched a new range of pyjamas that are so high-tech you could be forgiven for thinking you have walked onto the film set of some dystopian sci-fi movie.

Another day at CES, another big company announcing improvements to its kit. Memory and media player manufacturer SanDisk had a number of areas ready to impress us. If it wasn’t upping the storage on its microSDHC cards, or doubling the capacity of its View and Clip players, then it was launching HD video Flash cards for digital camcorders.
