Sony Sky Go!ViewSony Computer Entertainment Europe and Sky have launched the portable video-on-demand service for PSP users. From today the Go!View service for PlayStation Portable offers content spanning TV, movies and sport in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Sharp Aquos TVSharp is introducing three TVs into the UK this month, including 19-inch, 32-inch and 37-inch models. The Aquos TVs include Sharp’s first 19-inch HD-Ready LCD, as well as two new “super-slim” 100Hz, 1080p TVs.

BBC starts HD Freeview test trialsOK so Glastonbury and Euro 2008 are over and thus goes two good reasons to go out and buy an HD television, but nevertheless, the BBC has begun trials of HD terrestrial television.
