Monday, 14 April 2008
Time Crisis 4 blasts its way onto the PlayStation 3 and into next-gen territory. But has time finally run out for the much-loved series?

Review: Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on PS3
Monday, 07 April 2008
After what's seemed like years in the making, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue has finally screeched onto the Playstation 3. So, do good things come to those who wait?
Review: Space Ace on Blu-ray
Sunday, 06 April 2008
Old games never die, they just move on to new formats. And while most arcade classics have found their way onto mobile phones these days, the animated classics of Don Bluth are heading to a Blu-ray DVD player near you...
First Look Review: Call of Duty 4 maps
Thursday, 03 April 2008
Last week we were at a secret location to check out the brand new downloadable map pack for Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. As you can guess we were licking our lips in anticipation, so, were they any good? You bet they were.
Review: Stranglehold (PS3)
Wednesday, 05 December 2007

It's been a long time coming, but Stranglehold has finally blasted its way to the PS3. And for action Jacksons who love shooting things up there aren't many to touch this.

Review: Ratchet and Clank: Tools Of Destruction (PS3)
Tuesday, 27 November 2007
Ratchet and Clank: Tools Of Destruction has been out for a few weeks now, but having played our way through it we simply couldn't ignore it. Why? Because it's one of the best games we've tackled in a long time.
Review: Space Ace HD (PC DVD-ROM)
Friday, 23 November 2007
Remember when Dragon's Lair was all the rage in the arcades in the eighties. OK most of you don't but we do! So it's good to see that these Laser-Disc video games are making an appearance and not only that, they've been cleaned up and made into high-definition games fit for the twenty-first century.
Review: TimeShift (Xbox 360)
Sunday, 18 November 2007
With Halo 3 being released not so long ago it's a wonder why anyone else would want to release another first-person shooter, especially given the mass fanfare that surrounds the Master Chief and co. But abandoning all sense of reason, TimeShift has taken up the challenge.
Review: Crash of the Titans (Xbox 360)
Wednesday, 14 November 2007
It was only a matter of time before the orange-furred marsupial made his way to the next-gen consoles given his many previous outings on the PSOne and PS2. But this time round things are a little different, not ‘better' different either.
Review: Swat Target Liberty (PSP)
Saturday, 27 October 2007
Judging from all those action movies you'd think being a member of SWAT was an adrenaline pumped living on the edge type of job where fast-paced shootouts and split-second decisions were a matter of life and death. Well think again.
Review: Monster Hunter Freedom 2
Saturday, 20 October 2007
Thanks to my uncle (well done) I've got Monster Hunter Freedom 2 to review - it's enjoyable, but not brilliant. It is age 12 and up and has got lots of violence in it (don't tell mum and dad). The game is a sequel to Monster Hunter Freedom, and largely based on its PlayStation 2 predecessor Monster Hunter 2, which was never released outside of Japan.
Review: Halo 3 for Xbox 360
Wednesday, 10 October 2007
Parents all over the world must be wondering what's happened to their kids? Sure, little Johnny has a nose piercing and a devil's head tattoo, but last night we heard him listening to orchestral choir music. That'll be the latest version of Halo then...
Review: SEGA Rally for PS3
Thursday, 04 October 2007
It's been quite some time since Sega Rally first made its presence known on the Saturn. The very latest incarnation hopes to leave its rivals in the dirt. And there is a lot of dirt, what with the much fabled ground deformation technology.
