apple_iphone.jpgLawyers at Apple, not content with fighting lawsuits with Cisco over the iPhone name, are now going after websites that show pictures of a piece of software that makes PocketPC and Palm phones look like the now legendary new mobile.

According to reports from TechCrunch, Apple is suing some bloggers after posting pictures of the software that gives these phones a similar looking interface to Apple's new "game-changing" cell phone.

"Blogger Paul O’Brien simply linked to this download page and included a screenshot of the user interface and also received a cease & desist letter from Apple’s lawyers," said Michael Arrington of TechCrunch.

The phones may now have a screen that looks like an iPhone but the hardware won't and it won't magically have the multi-touch capabilities either. You'll just have to wait until it comes out in June.
