ads in the US have confirmed that come 29 June, network provider AT&T will be
unleashing the much-awaited iPhone onto the American public.

The Apple ads show off some of the iPhones
intuitive features including switching from viewing films to finding
the nearest restaurants and browsing through mail at the swish of a
finger.

Keen to make the most of its doubling
up as an iPod the ads also show someone flicking seamlessly through
a vast collection of albums using iTunes.

It's all looking very nice indeed but
there is still no date on a UK launch.

The LG Prada's touchy offering may
have beaten Apple in the race so far but the iPhone will look to kick
the fashionista off the catwalk.

The 4GB version will cost $499 with the
8GB finger magnet coming in at $599.
