Fancy planning your listening a week in advance? Or setting a timer to remind you when your favourite radio programme is on? Best get yourself one of Roberts’ portable digital radios with an Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) then…

The Roberts MP-Sound 41 aims to make sure you never miss another radio show again thanks to its EPG technology and portability.

The EPG feature built into this DAB digital radio allows you to programme the radio to record your favourite shows up to a week in advance.

You can also set the radio to record up to 12 programmes at any one time, enabling you to fit your radio listening around your lifestyle.

The radio lets you record up to eight hours of programmes directly onto SD card.

These can then be played back via your computer or laptop, or alternatively, do tings the other way and play your existing MP3 or Windows Media Audio files on the radio.

“With a full screen display which means no scrolling, and intuitive cassette-key navigation, the radio is incredibly simple to operate,” a Roberts statement explained today.

“You can pause, rewind, fast-forward, record and playback programmes and tracks from the playlist on the SD card at the touch of a button.”

Just like Sky+ or Virgin’s V+ box does for TV, you can live the dream by pausing live radio.
