Nectar logoConsumer rewards service Nectar is offering double points for anyone buying Apple‘s all-new iPod range. And if you need something to fill it up with, the company is also giving away triple points with iTunes purchases.

Consumers must go through the Nectar website to get the offer.

"All you need to collect Nectar points on thousands of online products is your Nectar card number," Nectar’s promo copy said.

"You don’t even need to login but you must go through Nectar before making your purchase."

The double-points offer on iPods lasts until 23 October, while the triple points on iTunes purchases runs until 17 October.

The bonus points would see the all-new nano – available in nine vibrant colours in 8GB and 16GB models – collect 436 points for the £109 version.

That would make the iPod touch – in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB flavours from £169 – worth at least 676 points.
