Maybe
you are lucky and the credit crunch hasn’t affected your opulent
lifestyle, if so and you have £12,000 to spare then why not consider
this blinged-up Nokia phone.

This Nokia 8800 Princess Edition, which will be available to buy from the Colette store in Paris in January 2009, comes with 8.2 carats of diamonds studded on the front and back of the phone. It also sports a solid platinum finish.

If that doesn’t make it pricey enough, the phone comes in either a handmade, leather-lined, granite or marble box.

As for the technical specifications, it features an integrated SVGA camera, active
TFT display with 262,144 colors (208 by 208 pixels), 3D image engine for
enhanced graphics, video recording and streaming and digital music player.
The phone is also tri-band (GSM 900/1800/1900). It also sports
Bluetooth connectivity and device synchronization.

The phone has been blinged-out by Goldstriker, who presumably haven’t been told about the economic downturn.
