Samsung_Galaxy_S_16GBVodafone has bagged a trio of smartphones for its customers, with new Android and bada devices coming soon to its UK network. And the company will be guarding the Samsung Galaxy S 16GB jealously, making it available exclusively to its UK customers.

“This stunning, ultra responsive touchscreen device is the latest generation of Android smartphones built by Samsung,” a Vodafone spokeswoman said of the Galaxy S 16GB.

“It sports a great 5-megapixel camera, capable of shooting videos in HD quality, allowing you to capture crystal clear moments and enjoy them on the huge 4-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display.”

Samsung’s Galaxy S 16GB also offers a “superfast” 1GHz processor and an integrated Google Chrome browser.

Vodafone is also adding the Android-based Sony Ericsson X10 mini and Samsung Wave to its list of devices.

The Sony Ericsson X10 Mini is an ultra-compact touchscreen device that’s “smaller than a credit card”, while the Wave is the first phone to feature Samsung’s new bada software platform.
