With the 3DS finally becoming a reality in June, when the machine was announced, thoughts have turned to when it may become available to buy. Rumour has it that it may well grace our British shores in March 2011.
According to gaming website VG247, Nintendo has been telling selected UK publications that the UK will see the 3DS launch in March 2011. No further details were related to the website.
Officially, all that Nintendo are saying at the moment is that 3DS will launch “in all major markets” before the end of March next year.
But speculation is rife as to whether the Japanese and the US will get first dibs on the machine before Christmas with Japanese retailers listing the machine for sale this year.
