3-three-logoWe’ll be wishing mobile network operator Three a merry Christmas as the company has bought back the unlimited data tariff for its customers.

It seems to have been visited by the ghosts of Christmases past, present and future and decided not to be a scrooge and give customers something they last had a few years ago. The company’s One Plan is Three’s one-year SIM-only tariff which comes with 2,000 cross-network minutes, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes, 5,000 texts and a 6-month Spotify premium subscription on all compatible phones for just £25.

And while that used to include a measly 1GB of data, the company has increased this to infinity and beyond (well not quite but as much as you can eat!)

Three’s sales and Marketing Director, Marc Allera, said: “The One Plan was already a market-changing offer – we’ve just made it even better. Everyday thousands of customers buy a smartphone on a two-year contract. The trends clearly show usage grows over time. With its all-you-can-eat data The One Plan will still fit your needs no matter how much data you use.

“We expect to see more people using mobiles than PCs to access the internet by 2015. all-you-can-eat data is designed to remove the possibility of bill shock when you use data, so you can use your smartphone to do everything it was designed for without the worry of cost.”
