Lego has unveiled its new LEGO Creator Expert Downtown Diner. The Downtown Diner is a LEGO Retail exclusive and 2018s annual addition to the Creator Expert Modular Building series. A collectable item where LEGO fans can build an entire town!

The classic 1950’s style diner design features a pink and teal brick façade – the teal brick is a world first for LEGO – and has an incredibly detailed build featuring an impressive 2400+ components and spanning three floors. Above the diner sits a gym with boxing ring, punch bag and even a weight training room, whilst on the upper floor, a recording studio comes complete with a vocal booth, mixing desk and a refreshments cabinet.

New for January 2018, the design incorporates lots of teal and pink elements as well as brand new detailed features from a decorated door and flower stalks with flower heads, to a minifigure torso with boxing gloves and a dual-face minifigure with singing and smiling expressions.

Complete with 6 minifigures including a chef, a Rockstar and a female bodybuilder, the impressive LEGO Creator Expert Downtown Diner measures over 13” (34cm) high, 9” (25cm) wide and 9” (25cm) deep, and is full of surprises with a multitude of details, features and functions to spark your imagination.

With an array of brick-built details, the impressive façade goes on to incorporate a detailed sidewalk with a mailbox, parking meter, an ornate streetlamp and even a pink 1950’s style convertible so your Rockstar can arrive in style.

The set costs £129.00 and is available from www.shop.lego.com/Diner from 1 Jan 2018
